1, Warehouse documentation & Operation Specialist (Bilingual-Chinese)Job description

Team Member Responsibilities:

Coordinate with our warehouse operation team for warehouse inbound and outbound shippments.

Communicate with customer operation and other 3rd party services provider for upcoming schedule.

Partner internally with trucking dispatch department to ensure any transportation services needed for customers.

Basic shipment documentitation and generating labels.

Process schedule, input date, coordinate last mile run upon to customer's request

Proactively track and trace shipment untill completion.

WMS System data importing/exporting/reporting

Requirments:

1 to 2 years warehouse documentation or operation related exprience preferred.

Supply chain and logistics related degree preferred.

Bilingual in Chinese is preferred.

Attention to detail to reduce errors and costs.

Understand of basic warehouse operation and familiar WMS system.

Strong communication skills.

Proficient in speaking and writing English, Mandarin is a plua.

Proficient in MS, Word and Excel.
